Pre-Sales Executive/Sr. Executive

Salary: 2.00- 4.00 Lakhs + Incentives

Experience: Fresher and experienced both can apply but salary and designation will be as per experience and qualification.

Educational Qualification: Graduation ( B.Com, BBA & BBM preferred)

Languages Preferred: English & Hindi. Working knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.

Candidates having knowledge of Bangalore Geography will be given preference.

Office Location: Hebbal.

Key requirement:

  • Pre-sales -calling and fixing appointments with the prospects.
  • Good communication, presentation and retention skills.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with leads generated through company sources.
  • Manage the allocated client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
  • A self-starter and must Be a Team Player
  • Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
  • Cold calling experience, explain details about flat/plot/villas, location, price and specifications
  • Understand customer needs and provide project details as per the requirement.
  • Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
  • Updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times
  • Meet the Site visit target.
Territory Manager- Sales

Salary: 4.00- 7.00 Lakhs + Incentives

Experience: 2-5 years. Salary and designation will be as per experience and qualification.

Job location: Hebbal, Bangalore. A typical week would be 3 days office and 3 days work from home/ field.

Role: Area Sales Manager/ Territory Manager

Knowledge of Bangalore Geography is a must.

Willing to travel within a designated territory. Candidates with a vehicle preferred.
