Sudhir hails from Mumbai, the financial capital of India. So its no surprise that the rich experience he had from the banking sector where he worked for close to 12 years combined with his family’s business background is what make him a finance wizard today. This acumen mixed with the exposure he received while being the Cluster head of North region for the Prestige Group where he worked for 8 years, is what makes him an entrepreneur to be reckoned with. He has an in-depth market knowledge and a great client assessment skill which has helped many professionals whom he has mentored over the years to be successful in their respective careers. Today he runs a tight ship with a young team of professionals providing consultancy services in the fields of BFSI & Real Estate.

Coincidentally, Harshad, the other co-founder also hails from Mumbai. He has had a career spanning over 18 years of Marketing, Sales & Business development, of which 11 years are in real estate in Mumbai & Bangalore. He has worked for conglomerates liked Godrej, Lodha, Phoenix & Prestige in leadership roles giving him considerable marketing & closure skills. He has teamed up with Sudhir to take their real estate journey to the next level.
